ANYTHING FOR LOVE

Chapter - 4  JOINING THE COLLEGE

Shivani waited after a few seconds spoke up, "I want to talk to you."

Rajan turned to her, slightly frowning, and nodded. "Go ahead."

"I... I want to join MBA," she said, cautiously.

Rajan knows how much Shivani is interested in studies, and then he said, Ok, and then I will do one thing, and I will check with nearby colleges and update you.

Shivani said, "No... I'm planning to do it in the city."

I have chosen the college, and my neighbor Karthik is also studying in the city, and Mom also knows about this, so please tell me your decision. We will enroll in the same college where Karthik is studying. Rajan's expression changed, but he didn't let it show. Instead, he asked evenly, "Please do the master's nearby villages right. Shivani said, "All my friends are planning to do it... I want to, too," she replied quietly. Rajan requested, Give me some time, and I will tell you, and she nodded. Then, after some time, Rajan told me to share the college details, and I will check them. Shivani smiled and shared the college details with Rajan. "Okay... I'll look into it," he said after a moment. He knew Shivani—this wasn't about education, and she was not feeling comfortable staying with him.

Rajan inquired about colleges and Shivani's friends, and one day he informed Shivani to make all the documents ready, and tomorrow you are going to join the college. Shivani became very happy, and she said, Thanks. The next day they visited the college and completed the joining process, but Rajan said, You are going to come to college from home and not the hostel, so daily you need to go to college, and after completing college, you have to go home. Shivani got shocked, but anyway, at least she got a chance to escape from him. One month passed, everything going well...

One day Shivani brought sanitary packets and asked Raji about her. I am not using this brand, but last month also I saw it in my room, and after that it was not there, and now this is in my room. Raji got nervous and was not able to speak. Suddenly Shivani asked, What happened, aunty, and why are you getting nervous? and Raji said nothing, and then she went to her room. Again, at night Shivani came and asked, Tell me, aunty, I have a doubt, and you are hiding something from me. Then Raji requested her to promise and said, I will tell one secret, and don't ask anyone and share with anyone. Shivani promised and said, I will not share with anyone; believe me, aunty.

Raji said, Actually, these pads belong to Rajan, and while he's getting his period, he will use them. Shivani got shocked and asked, Really, Aunty? And Rajan also will get periods every month like us?. Raji said yes. He started to tell the story about Rajan.

Chapter - 3

At first night rajan and Shivani both are deciced not to sleep with same bed and she is sleeping in bed and rajan is slepping down. Rajan said without your love.

Few days passed..

morning Shivani came down, Rajeshwari asked

"Shivani, where is Rajan?"

"He's still sleeping," shivani replied.

"Okay, go and give this tea to him," Raji said, placing a glass of tea on the counter.

Shivani couldn't refuse. She took the glass and turned toward her room, but after a few steps, she saw rajan coming down the stairs, fully dressed and ready for the day. He slowed down when he saw her holding the tea and gave her a smile. Shivani returned the smile, but only out of courtesy. Rajan took the glass from her hand and sat at the dining table.

Raji and Shivani returned shortly with breakfast and began serving. after completed the breakfast and rajan left for work. Raji informed rajan come home early this evening and take Shivani out somewhere. She must be bored, staying home all day."

Rajan was stunned and felt happy and without words he left.

Meanwhile, Shivani was lost in her own thoughts, unaware of the turmoil around her. She was trying to figure out a way to avoid going out with Rajan. But then, she realized this might be the right opportunity to talk to him about college. After a moment's hesitation, she decided — she would go.

That evening, Rajan came home early to take shivani out. He had been excited all day just thinking about the outing. A smile lingered on his face, and he was unusually polite to his staff — a stark contrast to his usual stern demeanor.

As soon as the workday ended, Rajan rushed home, a smile still tugging at his lips, his eyes scanning the living room the moment he stepped inside.

Shivani was sitting on the couch, watching TV with a glass of Horlicks in her hand.

From the kitchen, Raji stepped out with her tea glass and noticed rajan's cheerful expression. It warmed her heart to see him happy.

She looked at Shivani and said, "Shivani, get up. Go make tea for Rajan and get ready — he's taking you out."

shivani stood silently and walked into the kitchen. Raji, watching closely, noticed a subtle shift in her demeanor.

rajan went to his room to freshen up.

A few minutes later, as Sivani emerged from the kitchen with a cup of tea, Rajan was coming down the stairs, ready to leave. She handed him the tea without a word and turned to head back into their room to change.

Raji settled into the single-seater couch in the living room, but her eyes followed Rajan. She couldn't help admiring her son — how handsome he looked. A pang of guilt touched her heart. He's my son... and I've cast nothing but shadows on his life, she thought bitterly.

Rajan sat, distractedly sipping his tea while scrolling through his phone.

Just then, the sound of anklets echoed lightly through the hallway. He looked up — and froze.

Shivani was descending the stairs, dressed in a simple pink chiffon saree. The soft color brought a natural glow to her face. Rajan was mesmerized.

Raji, too, smiled to herself, pleasantly surprised to see Shivani in a saree.

Rajan stood up, grabbing his car keys, but his eyes never left shivani. He looked at her like a lovesick puppy, his gaze longing for just a glance in return.

As they were about to step out, Raji called out, "shivani, wait."

She went into the kitchen and returned with a fragrant flower string. Walking up to shivani, she gently tucked the flowers into her neatly plaited hair.

"Now go," she said softly. Then, glancing at Rajan, she added, "And drive carefully."

Rajan nodded, without another word, he opened the door and stepped out, Shivani following quietly behind him.

After getting into the car, Shivani asked, "Where are we going?"

"Your wish," Rajan replied with a soft smile.

Shivani hesitated for a moment and then said, "Temple?"—hoping it would offer a calm, neutral place where they could talk without pressure.

"Okay," Rajan said with a playful smile. "Your wish is my command."

In just a few minutes, they arrived at the temple. Rajan stepped out, walked to Shivani's side, and opened the door for her, extending his hand.

Shivani looked at him briefly and, after a moment's hesitation, placed her hand in his. She stepped out, adjusted her saree, and together they walked into the temple.

Since it was a weekday, the temple was quiet—only a couple of other devotees were present.

The priest welcomed them warmly upon seeing them and quickly began preparations for a special pooja. After the rituals, he offered them the aarthi plate. Rajan hovered his hand over the flame, brought it to his forehead, closed his eyes, and silently prayed.

Then the priest handed him the kumkum and gestured toward Shivani's forehead.

Shivani glanced at her. He knew she wouldn't be comfortable with this. But to his surprise, Shivani turned slightly toward him and lowered her head, giving silent consent.

Gently, Rajan took a pinch of kumkum and filled the partition of her hair. A small grain fell onto her nose. When he instinctively reached out to wipe it away, she flinched back and brushed it off herself.

The priest then handed a garland of flowers to Shivani as prasadam from the goddess. "May God bless you with a long and auspicious married life," he said with a kind smile.

After finishing their prayers, Rajan and Shivani walked around the sanctum once and then sat on the temple steps. Shivani settled beside him, maintaining a polite distance.

ANYTHING FOR LOVE

 Chapter - 2  Marriage Day

Shivani Asked Mom... what's the hurry for the marriage now? I want to do my master's. Please... at least wait for three years. I'll complete it by then," she said gently.

Radha, who had been half-asleep, opened her eyes and turned toward her daughter. "You can still do it after marriage, Vedha. I'll talk to Rajan. He won't stop you from chasing your dreams."

"But mom," Shivani said, her voice pleading, "I was born and brought up in the city. How can I adjust to life here in the village? Please... give me some time. Let me prepare myself."

Radha sat up, letting out a soft sigh. She brushed a hand gently through Shivani's hair. "Shivani, I'm from this village. Your father too. What's wrong with the village? It's peaceful. It's home. Where you live doesn't define your life—it's who you live it with that matters.

The next day, Radha invited Rajan to their home, and he came in the evening; during his visit, radha requested radha that Shivani be allowed to continue her studies after marriage. Without thinking, Rajan said, "Ok, and after marriage, if she will stay home, she will get bored, and there will be no issues for me." and I will fulfill whatever Shivani wants." Radha nodded at Shivani and smiled, and Shivani said, "Thanks to Rajan," and then he left. Then Radha looked at Shivani and said, "See, I told you right Rajan is a very good boy." And without thinking, he said ok , "And now you are happy, right? And now please prepare for marriage; then we will talk about this later."

Marraiage day...

The echoes of the priest's mantras resonated through the temple, blending with the soulful notes of the Nadhaswaram and the rhythmic beats of the mridangam, adding an air of sacredness to the moment.

Rajan sat under the mandap, finally living the moment he had dreamed of his entire life. Today, Shivani would become his.

It wasn't love that brought him here—not hers, at least. But that didn't matter to Rajan. What mattered was that she would be his, no matter the cost. By hook or by crook, he had made it happen. His heart pounded in anticipation, his eyes glued to the doorway from where the bride would arrive.

The priest continued chanting and guiding Rajan through the rituals, but his mind was elsewhere—lost in the thought of finally claiming what he believed was his.

And then, after what felt like an eternity, the moment came.

The priest called for the bride.

A slow, satisfied smile crept across Rajan's face.

There she was.

Shvani stepped into the temple, her face pale under the weight of the makeup, her posture stiff. She looked beautiful—adorned in gold jewelry and flowers, her long braid swaying behind her, and the rich maroon Kanjivaram saree, specially ordered by Rajan, wrapped tightly around her.

But her beauty couldn't hide what was in her eyes—fear.

Each step she took toward the mandap felt heavier than the last. Her hands trembled slightly. Her chest tightened. This wasn't just a marriage. To her, it is a curse.

She sat beside Rajan, careful not to touch him. Her eyes remained fixed on the floor.

Rajan, on the other hand, couldn't take his eyes off her. He was mesmerized. She looked like a goddess to him.

Radha, standing just behind him, smiled proudly and gently tapped his shoulder, pulling him out of his daze. He looked up briefly, then returned his gaze to Shivani.

Then, the priest lifted the thali—the sacred thread—and handed it to Rajan, raising his voice for the final mantras.

Rajan's fingers closed tightly around the yellow thread. His breath caught in his throat, heart pounding like a drum. He leaned forward and tied it around Shivani's neck with trembling fingers, staring deep into her eyes.

'Mine. Forever,' he thought. A possessive thrill coursed through him.

Shivani didn't meet his gaze.

She closed her eyes tightly as the thali touched her skin—fighting the urge to flinch.

She was scared thinking about her future and started to cry. Then later all went to Rajan's home, and Radha stayed 2 days with Shivani, and then they left from there.

ANYTHING FOR LOVE

 Chapter - 1

Rajan took over his family's business—managing farms, rice mill. His responsibilities grew, and he rarely had time to visit his aunt's house like before. But the distance was only physical. In his mind, in his thoughts, in his twisted heart—Shivani was always there. always he went Shivani to give the rice bag and vegetables. Radha invited the rajan and she gave juice to drink and they spoke almost 2 hours and  he hadn't seen her since his arrival and grew restless.

When he asked Radha about Shivani and radha said she is in her room. He stopped in front of Shivani's door, hesitated for a moment, then slowly pushed it open. Shivani, who had been lying on a bed, sat up quickly at the sound of the creaking door. She was stunned to see Rajan standing there.

"What are you doing here?" her eyes questioned, though she stayed silent and rajan was full of nervous

and stood there for a second, just looking at her. She looked different to him—there was a glow on her face, a new softness. The little pimples on her cheeks and forehead only added to her charm in his eyes. He stepped inside and asked her to sit and he sat down beside her.

"How are you?" he asked gently.

Shivani gave a small, hesitant nod, her eyes still unsure.

There was an awkward silence. Rajan kept glancing at her, his eyes falling to her face. with nervousness he touched Shivani hand.

"What... are you doing?" her wide eyes asked, even though no words came out.She avoided him from then on—refused to be near him, ignored him, and grew distant in every way she could.

then She shoved him away, horrified. Shivani said i don't like and i don't to marry you and . He got shockec and stood up, turned around, and left the room without looking back and after that he didn't see Shivani .

one day Shivani came to her mother, and she asked, I want to continue my studies. Radha said, Already you have completed a degree; that's enough, so next is your marriage only, and now we are talking about your marriage. Within six months, we are going to arrange the marriage with Rajan. So you forget about studying, Shivani was crying, and she went to her room. While having dinner, she asked her father about studying, and he said, I will speak with your mom. Ravi tried to speak with Radha, but Radha said no, and tomorrow speak with my brother and ask them to come, and we will fix the marriage date.

nextday ravi spoke with rajan father and informed about this marrige and he said they will come next week. radha said to shivani they are coming next week. Rajan family came to radha home and while seeing shivani rajan father said you have grown very well. lookwise also shivini having athlet body and she height compare to rajan. Then they spoke and fixed marriage date and rajan became very happy but shivani was sad but she controlled her tears and went to her room.

The next day, Rajan's mom, Rajeshwari, came to Radha's home, and she requested Radha to fix the shivani marriage with another good boy instead of her son. Radha asked, Why are you saying that? Tell me the reason, and then I will think about it, Rajeshwari said. I cannot give all the reasons. Shivani became very happy after hearing this. Radha looked at her and asked, "Why are you coming today and telling me this and not yesterday when everyone was talking about it?" That time you should have told me that right? , Rajeshwari said I couldn't say anything because Rajan was present; that's why I didn't say anything, and I came to tell you to cancel the wedding. Rajan does not have a suitable groom for your daughter; after that, it is your choice. Saying that, Rajeshwari left home. Shivani came and said, See, Rajan's mother came and asked to cancel the wedding. Then think about how bad a character Rajan is. Radha stared at Shivani and said, I know Rajan is a very good boy, so don't worry about his character. Radha called and informed his brother and Rajan  what Rajeshwari said to her. Rajan got angry and went to his mom and shouted and said, Shivani is my life, and you know that, right? Then why did you ask Radha aunty to cancel the wedding? But Rajeshwari didn't say anything. Finally, Rajan said, definitaly this marriage will happend and no one can stop this wedding, and from here onwards, I will not speak with you Mom, and he left. Rajeshwari cried and sitting corner.

ANYTHING FOR LOVE

Introduction

Rajan(age-26) was a strong, arrogant young man with striking features that made him the center of attention—every girl in the village admired him. Rajan was manipulative, calculating, and driven by a belief that he could get anything he wanted—no matter the cost. Ethics never stood in his way. His father, Sathya Murthy(51), was the head of the village and was constantly immersed in village affairs. While Sathya Murthy was deeply respected and known for his authority, his personal life was far from perfect. Years ago, he had forced a woman he loved into marriage—Rajan's mother—believing that love would follow in time. But it never did. his mother is Rajeshwari(45) and she is housewife but she is very talented and kind person . she is caring the rajan and pampered him, loved him, and made him feel like he truly mattered. Sathya Murthy's his having sister, Radha(44) raised Rajan with love and care upto his 5 years old.she is treated him like her own son. rajan grew deeply attached to her. Radha got married and moved to the city. It shattered him.  A year later, Radha gave birth to a beautiful baby girl name is Shivani. The whole family playfully teased Rajan, calling the baby "his future wife."

One day, curious and confused, rajan asked Radha, "Aunty, everyone's teasing me, saying I'm going to marry you girl Shivani. Is it true?"

Radha smiled, amused by his seriousness. "Well, what do you think? Do you want to?" she said, ruffling his hair.

rajan frowned for a moment, thinking. Then she added with a soft smile, "If you marry my daughter, you'll always be close to me. I won't let you go far from me again."

His eyes lit up. "Really? If I marry Shivani, you will always be with us?"

Radha nodded. Rajan's face broke into a bright smile. "Then I'll marry her," he said with childlike excitement. Radha laughed softly, touched by his innocence. Deep down, a part of her liked the idea too. If shivani married Rajan, maybe she could keep him close, love him the way his own mother never did.

From that day on, something shifted in Rajan. It started as a simple promise—a child's innocent wish. But as he grew older, it turned into an obsession. Shivani wasn't just a girl anymore. She was his future, his claim, his reason to stay close to the only person who had ever truly loved him.

Shivani(21) was a cute, bubbly girl with an little height compared to rajan, a warm dusky complexion, and long wavy hair that framed her face beautifully. She had completed her degree and she wants do higher studies. Her mother, Radha, loved and strict to Shivani, her father Ravi (50) loved and care person. She adored her younger brother Vijay, who was born after a long gap. From a young age, Shivani had known about her parents' desire to marry her off to Rajan. Everyone around her spoke about it like it was already decided—like she was promised to him. But Shivani had never wanted that. She had nothing against Arjun—at least, not at first. Rajan was always protective of her. Even the neighborhood kids teased them, calling them husband and wife. Shivani would just laugh it off. Back then, she didn't think much of it. but she is getting irritated while growing and its increased hatred towards the Rajan.

ANYTHING FOR LOVE

Chapter - 4  JOINING THE COLLEGE Shivani waited after a few seconds spoke up, "I want to talk to you." Rajan turned to her, sligh...
